2026–27 ski season · pass rules and a mountain-day field guide

Can you ski that mountain with your pass?

Choose your pass, mountain and date. We’ll tell you what the published rules allow, explain the mountain you’re dreaming about and give you the next real step before you commit to the trip.

Official pass-policy sources · No sign-in · No personal pass number · Not a live lift or reservation feed

01 / Your ski plan

Check my pass

A 2026–27 policy check, not a guarantee that the mountain is operating.

Curated North American mountains. Missing resort? Verify directly with the pass provider.
This changes the trip guidance, never the pass eligibility rules.
If limited, enter days used from the applicable shared or resort pool.
We can't verify bookings. Required at certain Ikon destinations.

02 / Your verdict

Checking pass rules

Choose your mountain and date

We'll check the season-specific access rules.

  • This is not an opening-date, weather, lift-operation or reservation-availability checker.

Policy review: Oct 12, 2026 · Rules can change. Always verify before buying or traveling.

03 / The day behind the decision

Picture the mountain, then make the right move.

A ski trip is more than a green checkmark. Understand why this pass works—or why it doesn't—and what to do next.

2026–27 published rules

Field guide · Your chosen destination

Start with the pass. Stay for the mountain.

The pass you carry determines which mountain you can approach. What makes that mountain worth the trip—and whether your date works—is a separate story.

Select your pass, mountain and date above. The guide will translate the rule into a practical day plan and point you toward the official next check.

Published pass access is not a live lift or resort operating report.

Your first move

Check your date and pass entitlement

The tool checks season policy first. Mountain operations come afterward.

How this recommendation was made

Pass eligibility comes from published 2026–27 rules. The optional JEV editor can prioritize verified next steps but never modify a blackout, allowance or reservation requirement. If unavailable, the guide stays deterministic.

What to settle before booking

1Pass and date

The mountain, pass tier and holiday are three separate inputs—not an interchangeable “Epic or Ikon” label.

2The day bank

Aspen Snowmass shares mountain visits. Some passes have a total day pool, not a fresh balance at each resort.

3At the mountain

Reservations, lift hours and operating terrain come from the official destination, not this entitlement check.

04 / Compare your options

Other passes at this mountain

Same destination and date; each pass checked against its own blackout and destination rules. “Needs details” means your purchased days or reservation must be confirmed.

05 / Same-region alternatives

Other mountains your pass may cover

Nearby-region options are grouped by state or province, not travel time or distance. Check each resort’s live operating status separately.

Three questions this tool separates

  • Does this pass include the mountain? Epic and Ikon have different destination rosters and pass tiers.
  • Is this date restricted? The companies' holiday calendars differ—even around New Year's and Martin Luther King Jr. weekend.
  • Are additional steps needed? Limited visit pools and lift reservations can still prevent your trip.

Important limitations

These are published pass rules, not live resort conditions. The engine does not retrieve your pass account, remaining days, resort opening status, sold-out dates, or reservation inventory.

Only the listed pass products and curated destinations are modeled. Epic regional passes, Ikon specialty products, international partner rules and private-account entitlements need direct confirmation.
