Palette Bistro, 0.1 miles straight line. Two storeys on Bay Street with the bay in front of it, Mediterranean, and twenty years in. The reliable sit-down dinner at the end of a tasting day in town.
Gaslight District, 0.1 miles straight line. Downtown Petoskey: brick storefronts, bookshops, a long block of restaurants, and Beards and Elder Piper both within a few minutes' walk.
City Park Grill, 0.2 miles straight line. The bar on East Lake Street where Hemingway reportedly worked up notes for the short stories. It is still a restaurant, and it is the most direct Hemingway stop in Petoskey itself.
