Trail and access reality
Nawadaha has a DNR-documented accessible observation platform on the West River Trail; other Presque Isle River paths are rough and stair-heavy.
One accessible overlook does not make the whole river loop accessible. Check M-519 and park road status. A known visitor route does not guarantee that a bridge, road or overlook is accessible on your visit date.
Seasonal waterfall conditions
River volume and the landscape can change after rainfall or snowmelt. Autumn offers hardwood colors; ice can make winter approaches hazardous. This page does not provide measured real-time waterfall flow or a current parking report.
